Codestruk Softwares ("Company", "we", "our", "us") is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for our products and services.

By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Software development services
  • IT consulting and professional services
  • Subscription-based services
  • Digital products (including SaaS, licenses, templates, or tools)
  • Advance payments, retainers, and milestone-based payments

2. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • A written refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
  • Work on the project has not commenced.
  • No resources (design, development, consulting, or planning) have been allocated.
  • No deliverables, partial or full, have been shared.

Once any work has commenced, payments become non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Software development services after project initiation
  • Consulting sessions, strategy calls, or advisory services once delivered
  • Subscription fees after activation
  • Retainers, onboarding fees, and setup charges
  • Milestone payments once the milestone has started or been delivered
  • Customized or bespoke software solutions
  • Services delayed or impacted due to client-side dependencies
  • Payments made under discounted, promotional, or special offers

4. Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable by default.

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The product is technically defective,
  • The defect prevents normal usage,
  • And the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of technical expertise does not qualify as a defect.

5. Project-Based Services & Milestones

Payments are tied to time, effort, and resource allocation, not guaranteed outcomes.

  • Delays caused by the client (missing inputs, approvals, or feedback) do not entitle the client to a refund.
  • Partial work completed will be billed proportionally and is non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Codestruk Softwares may review refund requests at its sole discretion. Approval in such cases does not set a precedent for future requests.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (where applicable):

  • Email us at info@codestruk.com
  • Include:
    • Invoice or payment reference number
    • Reason for the request
    • Supporting documentation, if any
  • We will review the request within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to banking timelines.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Codestruk Softwares may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of access
  • Legal recovery proceedings, if applicable

We strongly encourage resolving disputes directly with us.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
